Unknown type fire w/explosion - Stations 10, 12 and MICU 22-82 was dispatched to an unknown type fire with explosions on Little Plum Run Rd. 10-13 responded w/4 and 10-2 responded w/2. Unpon arrival of Capt. 12, he reported a Penn Dot Backhoe well involved. 10-13 arrived on scene and pulled 150' of 1 ¾" Trash Line and extinguished the fire. Other crews arrived and assisted with clean up. Command released St. 10 units @2101. St12 remained on scene until Penn Dot and Pine Creek PD investigated the cause of the fire.

Unknown type fire - Station 10 was alerted an unknown type fire @ 56 Old Riverview Rd. 10-1 responded w/4 and 10-13 responded w/4. Upon arrival of 10-1, Chief 10 reported a large Bon fire and recalled 10-13. Chief 10 notified property owners to notify county next time they burn. The incident was placed under control @2338

2^nd Due Assignment - Station 10  was alerted to a 2nd Due assignment for a structure fire @ Sandy Ridge Rd. in Gallagher Twp. (Haneyville). 10-13 responded w/8 and upon arrival, Chief 10 was given operations command and crews went to work fighting fire. 10-13 started filling tanker's @ Caldwell Dam. Crews worked for 8 hours on a stubborn fire. Command requested numerous tanksers throughout the night for water. Command reported fire out and under control @ 0500.

Structure Fire - Landfill Lane - Stations 10, 8, 12 & 3 were alerted to a reported structure fire. Chief 10 responded to the scene, 10-1 responded w/2. Upon arrival of Chief 10, it was reported nothing showing sides A & B. With further investigation it was confirmed to be a small fire in the bathroom. 10-1 arrived and crews went to work. Command held St. 8 in Quarter's, 12-1 arrived and crews assisted with mop up. Command reported fire out with incident under control @ 1520 and released all units.

2^nd Due Assignment - Structure Fire 1708 Cement Hollow Rd, Porter Twp Jersey Shore. 10-1 responded w/4 and 10-13 responded w/4. Upon arrival into Jersey Shore Borough, command requested St. 10 units to standby at St. 45. An hour into standby, command requested St. 10 units to the scene for manpower and overhaul work. Crews worked the fire scene for an hour before being released.

Upon arrival of 10-62, Chief 10 took 220 Command and cancelled 3-63. 1 vehicle off the roadway into safety signs. PT refused treatment, crews assisted with cleanup and command released units @ 1640.

Auto Alarm - First Quality Products - Station 10 was alerted to an automatic fire alarm at building # 7. 10-1 responded w/3. County then informed them of smoke and fire inside the structure. Capt. Sarosi then upgraded to a working box which brought in the remainder of the 1^st due working fire box. Chief 10 responded and requested 2^nd due to the scene. 10-1 arrived on scene and reported smoke showing from side B of the structure. Crews went to work w/pulling 150' trash line and advanced through the side door. Chief 10 arrived on scene and took Wayne Twp. Command. Report to county the fire was knocked down and working on overhaul and cancelled 2^nd due units. Command reported fire out and incident under control @ 2400

Structure Fire/Wild Fire - Delaney Lane, Haneyville. Station 10 was alerted for a 2nd Assignment for Tanker. 10-13 responded w/5. Upon arrival of St. 10, Command assigned Chief 10 for water supply and 10 crews went into action on the 2nd structure as the 1st structure was already on the ground w/4 acres of woods on fire. Stations 10, 12 & 18 were then alerted to a wild fire on Gobblers Rd, Gallagher Twp. 10-10 responded w/3 and found it to be a ¼ acre burning. Units dowsed the fire and returned back to Delaney Lane. Command released units @ 1630.

MVA w/Fire & Ejection - Stations 10, 3 & MICU 22 were alerted to a reported MVA w/fire & ejection on Pine/Loganton Mt. Road, Wayne Twp. Portable 10-A on scene reports vehicle well involved w/class 1 patient next to the vehicle. 10-62 responded w/3, 10-1 w/4. Chief 10 requested Life Flight and had St. 10 repaged for an additional Eng. and an Eng. from St. 12 to set up LZ @ the Army Reserve Center. 10-62 & 10-1 arrived on scene. Chief 10 took Twp. Command and cancelled 3-63 no entrapment. 10-13 repsonded w/5 to the LZ and recalled St 12. Rescue crews went to work on PT Care, Eng crew pulled 150' 1¾" trash line to extinquish the fire. Comman reported PT loaded and fire out, working on overhaul @ 2100 and placed incident under control and available @ 2140

Multiple Vehicle Fire - St. 10 was alerted to power lines down w/vehicle fire @ 208 Spook Hollow Rd, Hoover's Salvage Yard. 10-1 responded w/4. Portable 10-A arrived on scene and reported large fire w/lines down. 10-1 arrived on scene & Capt. Sarosi took Spook Hollow Command, requested Tankers from Stations 10 & 12 w/rescue from St. 5 on Stand-by. Crews pulled 200' of 1¾  attack line and made their way through the salvage yard to the fire. Crews were unable to put water or foam on fire until PP&L cut power. Lieut. Fritzinger reported 4 to 5 vehicles on fire at this time to command, and PP&L arrived on scene. Crews were then able to get to the fire and begin knock down.  Command requested 10-13 to the rear of the salvage yard, 12-4 to supply water to 10-1, 5-63 crews to assist 10-13 and pulled 2 200' of 1¾  attack line. Command requested additional Pumper/Tankers to the scene to help w/water supply and moved Eng. 1-1 to St. 10 for standby. Command reported fire knocked down and working on overhaul @ 08:24. Command started releasing units @ 09:09 and reported incident under control @ 0923.

Structure Fire - Brodart - Stations 10, 12, 8 & 3 were alerted to a working box with heavy smoke showing from side A. Chief 10 responded & requested 2nd due on standby. 10-13 responded w/3, upon their arrival reported smoke showing. Eng. crews went to work, pulling a 1 3/4 line. Chief 10 took North Rd. command and requested 5-63 for RIT. 10-1 & 12- 1 arrived on scene and began supplying water to 10-13. 8-13 & 8-70 arrived and assisted crews on interior attack while ladder crews went to the roof to look for extension. 5-63 arrived and were staged with crew from St. 3 to be ready for ventilation work. Command reported fire knocked down @ 14:47. Crews started working overhaul & ventilation. Command reported incident under control and released units @ 1644.

Standby - Structure Fire - Station 10 was dispatched for a Standby Assignment during a structure fire in Porter Twp, Jersey Shore. Chief 10 responded to the scene, 10-13 responded w/5. Upon arrival of 10-13 @ Lyco St. 3, 10-13 was requested into the fire scene @ 05:57 by command do to harsh weather conditions. Crews assisted with over haul and clean up. Command released units @ 08:16 to return to standby @ St. 45. Crews assisted St. 45 w/putting there Eng. back in service and were released @ 1007.

MVA - Linnippi Village - Stations 10, 3, and MICU 22 were alerted to a reported MVA w/unknown injuries on Hiawatha Dr. Linnippi Village. Rescue Capt. 10 responded to the scene, 10-1 responded w/3. Upon arrival, Rescue Capt. 10 reported no injuries. Eng. crew cleaned up debris and waited on wrecker. Command released units @ 0851.
