The fire company personnel would like to thank the community and those who had come out to enjoy the day’s events and help make the open house a success. We would also like to thank all of those who made a donation to the fire company, with your support we will continue to bring events like this into the community. |

The day’s events included lots of home cooked food with a pig roast, Sale of Fire Company items including Sweatshirts, T-shirts, Hats, Plastic Mugs, Glass Mugs and Water Glasses. Also tours of the fire company, Fire truck rides, display of some of the equipment and items used on calls and a walk down memory lane with lots of picture’s and memorabilia on the history of the fire company. |

The children who came to the open house, enjoyed the activities of the day. The ride on the fire truck was a big hit with all the children. They all received a Safety bag filled with fire safety information, Helmet, sticker’s, pencil and coloring book. |

The children also played a game to win prizes and participated in a fire extinguisher training. They were showed how to use a fire extinguisher properly and then had their turn at putting out a fire. |
I would like to thank all the firemen and the
ladies in the kitchen who put their time and
effort into this event. With all of your help,
you made this a great day for everyone to
enjoy. You are all appreciated very much for
the things you do.
